Horrible had a app at 1130 and they had me waiting for 45 minutes and other people were coming in after me and went right in at lest if the doc was running late he should have said something un profesional will not go there again be warned people

I found myself in a rather desperate situation with two different teeth bothering me. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and to my surprise, I was treated with the most professional and courteous Dentists and staff. I needed a tooth pulled, a root canal, and a cleaning which I all got done in two weeks. Dr. Lu and Dr. Cheng were very kind and understanding and also informative about my situation. I am very grateful for their assistance and plan to continue to go to them for future dental care.
Disgusting attitude and treatment A relative of mine had the misfortune to have Mass Health. And be relegated to this place. Her mouth was so infected when she went to primary care, they were appalled by what wasn't done for her! Anyone who has a choice is lucky. I will report them to Mass Health. DO NOT GO THERE.
����Worst place to go Dr shisha Abdul, this man drilled my teeth so bad to the point that it's so sensitive and tender. anything that touches it, it hurts, cold or hot. I can't eat with the tooth. this man put a filling in my teeth and then said I need a root canal afterwards. I only went to get my teeths clean!!!!!!!!! – I've made an appointment to have a cleaning done on my teeth but went in D.r Samuel Lu told me i wasn't ready for one yet that i had to wait two weeks from now so i said fine but he also told me i had a big cavity that needed to take care of he asked me if i had any pain on that side of my tooth i said no not all ... he continued to say that he was going to fix it until i agreed went he started to suppose numb my side where they were going to work at i kept on feeling a lot a pai... read more
Hurry up and WAIT!! – The place is GREAT ..BUT you will have an appointment for 1pm and will NOT be seen till 5pm!! They did a great job at fixing a broken FRONT tooth in my husbands mouth but he sure had to wait for the service!! I would recommend someone to go BUT clear the whole day on your calendar!!
