A friend of mine went here recently and saw Dr.Rigali, he wasn’t her usual dentist but he was the one taking out her tooth. He “injects her with novacaine” maybe 2 times in the beginning and she makes it known she’s in pain, he continues anyways and she’s screaming so loud everyone could hear, he didn’t care until a bit later and “injects” more novacaine into her gums, continues and she’s still in massive amounts of pain and my mom looks up and sees him smirking as she’s screaming as if he was getting a little laugh out of i... read more
