Lovely retirement community
Maureen (the person who answers the phones) needs a lesson on manners especially when she is the first point of contact for the retirement home. I was trying to get my grandma in and she was nasty and abrubtly hung up on me. They need to let her be a custodian or window cleaner because her customer service skills are very poor.
My mom has improved more in one week here, than in 20 days in the prior facility! Awesome staff, fabulous nurses, CNAs and administrators. God bless Lafayette Redeemer! They are wonderful! 💕👍👌
