This is our families first experience with Holy Redeemer and so far we are not impressed. The initial visit was Tuesday and it went well but since then the lack of communication has not been what it should be..my dad came home after 2 weeks of OT and PT.everyday to now having to wait. When my mom reached out to them because we heard nothing since Tuesday , the reasons given were its a Holiday and we are short staffed..when asked about OT they said oh that is set up for Monday...thsts real nice, no one has called, what if he ... read more
My Mother has been receiving nursing, occupational and physical therapy for weeks. We couldn't be happier with the care she has been receiving from Holy Redeemer. Each of the professionals seeing her have been proficient and friendly. They have taken excellent care of my nearly 92 year old mother and I would highly recommend this company.
Unprofessional and disorganized to say the least! This is putting it nicely, without having to go into detail!
