Utterly incompetent, and incapable of being fair towards their staff. The corporate leadership is unprofessional, and demeaning.
NJ operator transferred me to Philadelphia as nobody in NJ to help me, Philly upset I’m from NJ , call is disconnected. Was promised hospital bed was ordered, two weeks later, after asking several times, bed came the same day I escalated the issue, they admitted bed not ordered. Oxygen was never delivered, Mom’s last day would have beef easier on her with it, was told to put her on the oxygen, when I informed triage nurse we didn’t have oxygen, her response was that it really didn’t matter at this point!!! This is our families first experience with Holy Redeemer and so far we are not impressed. The initial visit was Tuesday and it went well but since then the lack of communication has not been what it should be..my dad came home after 2 weeks of OT and PT.everyday to now having to wait. When my mom reached out to them because we heard nothing since Tuesday , the reasons given were its a Holiday and we are short staffed..when asked about OT they said oh that is set up for Monday...thsts real nice, no one has called, what if he ... read more
