The staff is made up of 2 angry and lazy women! The woman who answers the phone is very rude and unpleasant! The nurse is also very rude and a liar. It takes days, sometimes a week for medicine refill approvals! God forbid you ask them why! The answers you get are mind boggling or just plain lies! They've lost my phone number 3 times!
