I just went to the holy family medical.Immediate care. The doctor was so friendly.She was very helpful. I got in and out of there in about thirty minutes. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone was friendly
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The front desk is very unprofessional. Over a handful of times they have turned me down to be seen by my son’s physician because of a cold etc. it’s a Dr. office that doesn’t see patients with slight sickness? So they try to tell me to go to the er. That is not even half the problem. I always plan to sit in the waiting room for AT LEAST an hour.my final straw with this place for- I had an appointment for 10am they asked me to arrive at 9:40 I arrive at 9:30. I BEEN A PATIENT HERE FOR OVE 1 YEAR AND A HALF. I AM A FEDERAL WORKER THEY REFUSE SIGN FMLA PAPERWORK. I ASKED FOR SPECIALISTS FOR 1 YEAR AND HALF THEY GOT NOT ONE DOCTOR APPOINTMENT. ALSO I CALLED STATING I NEED DIABETIC SUPPLIES WE CANNOT FILL THEM GO TO ENDO. ALSO I CALLED AND SAID I AM RUNNING OUT OF MEDICATION FOR DEPRESSION. INSTEAD THEY REFUSE AND DISMISS ME AS A PATIENT.
