I just went to the holy family medical.Immediate care. The doctor was so friendly.She was very helpful. I got in and out of there in about thirty minutes. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone was friendly I just today revisited this immediate care. And absolutely stand with my original review! Great place! Thorough, and she listened patiently as i told her what was wrong. I will continue to seek care from them as I feel like they are knowledgeable and caring!!
I’m tired of how I’ve been treated, not only one time. But the only reason i keep going there is because of Dr. Ferris! He’s a really good doctor and friendly.I have no issues with front desk secretary either . But this lady that i just spoke with she’s very rude, I asked her for her name in the beginning just for me to know if i was speaking with his nurse. I’ve been coming here almost 20 years. Dr. Ferris and his team are amazing providers. I would refer my family and friends to come here 100%. The facility is nice and clean.The front desk people are professional . And the doctors really care and spend the Extra time with my children, which I really appreciate.
