The waiting room and restrooms were very clean. I was called back on time. Dr. Ferris was very thorough. All the staff was professional and courteous. I feel Holy Family Medical has continued to improve over the years.
My daughter’s pain and swelling wasn’t taken seriously leading to a delay in the diagnosis and treatment of a chronic disease. Disappointing.
