I was seen there for severe 10/10 hip pain; I coud barely walk, flex my hip, extend my hip or even raise it to get in and out of my car; The provider came in, stood at the door, asked what was wrong, did not assess my leg at all, said was gonna order and X-ray, asked if i wanted motrin or tylenol; then after I was d/c to follow up w/ orthopedic; no Crutches were offered to me despite the fact that I could barely bear weight on my bad leg; The nurse game me my discharge paperwork and watched me hobble away in pain, tears in m... read more
I have had a very disappointing experience with the FDE-Evaluator, Mr. Mathews how did the office test on March 21, 2024 and scheduled me for a driving test Today April 11, 2024.Mr. Mathew upon fishing the drive test exhibited subjectivity and dishonesty, distorting some of the driving event of LH turnings that happened during the drive test, although admitting to other driver’s action leading to my actions, and fabricate things which never happened as I drive out of the parking Lot during the test, claiming that I did not y... read more
The Functional driving evaluator, Mathews, has been subjective, dishiest , distorting the events of my driving test on April 11, 2024 for personal gain. Not trustworthy.
Worst place to go to ER—8 hours!!! On 5/25 there was an older woman screening people as they came in ; she was a nasty beyond words! The young triage nurse was a miserable cold uncompassionate worst person for the job- seriously?! Where do they find these people??!!!
