I was surprised that they were able to make the visit right away. Helen is a gem. There are people who are nice because it's their job, but not Helen. You can tell how genuinely she cares for my dad's well being and comfort. She took her time to know my dad, his pains and needs. Thank you for listening and for caring.

I am recovering from hip surgery. At the outset, the nurse (Abby) and the PT therapist (Ian) provided exceptional service. However, I found the organization itself to be subpar. Trying to reach an individual who could set up my PT visits was a trying experience. I was often unable to get through. I was told conflicting information when I did actually reach someone.
