I am recovering from hip surgery. At the outset, the nurse (Abby) and the PT therapist (Ian) provided exceptional service. However, I found the organization itself to be subpar. Trying to reach an individual who could set up my PT visits was a trying experience. I was often unable to get through. I was told conflicting information when I did actually reach someone. The process to schedule was extremely stressful and worrisome when surgery was fast approaching and we still had not received an appointment. HOWEVER, when I reached out directly to Keith the person in charge of everyone and left him a message, he called me right back, and we were immediately put on the schedule. Rosa was a wonderful nurse to my husband and cared for him on a regular basis with weekly visits upon his return home from rehab after back surgery. She was professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. We appreciated everything she did for him!

My 93-year old mother broke her hip in July. She had surgery to repair it the following day, but a person with servere dementia has trouble adapting.
