RecommendedI want to thank 4 Holy Cross docs tor the excellent care I received in diagnosing and treating a rare paraduodenal hernia. Lise Lambert my GP who ran tests that were inconclusive and recommended I see a GI. Emad Abuhamda, the GI doc, who ordered barium xrays. Dr. Joel Berman the radiologist who correctly identified the rare occurence, and last but not least, Dr. Fermin Morales, the surgeon who fixed everything laparoscopically. Not a personal experience, very cattle like treatment. Woman calls me by the wrong name. Another tells me to go get my records. Decided to release my records by filling out a form. Woman tells me to get the phone number and fax number. Been moved three times and still waiting an hour after I arrived. My appointment was made for 11am and told to be here at 10:45am for registration. I arrived 10:33am. No internet. I will return to Imperial Point next time. They at least treat you as a human.
