I usually see Dr. Bill Gordon at his Evanston location but when he wasn't there, the front desk offered me a same day appointment at this location. It is clean, the office manager Aurora is super friendly and accommodating, and the staff was attentive and kind. I couldn't have been more grateful for them getting me in and addressing my tooth concern. I was in a lot of pain, and thankfully Dr. Bill was able to diagnose and treat it the same day. A couple days ago I brought my daughter here for her dentist visit and it was the worse experience I’ve had here. I understand that my daughter wasn’t cooperating and crying a lot but the doctor had no reason to be so disrespectful to a three year old girl. He progressively started becoming more aggressive not only with my child but towards his assistant as well. He was using his tools so roughly on my daughter’s mouth that he left her bruises on the sides of her mouth and left her bleeding. To this day it’s still really red... read more
Hoy fui a preguntar por mi tarjeta de descuento y la señora muy grosera y sangrona me contestaba de mala gana. Pésimo servicio de viejitas amargadas en la recepción. Ni modo se lo ganaron a puño. Parace que no tienen marido que las ponga de buen humor
