Pat and Pam are the best! A husband and wife team, they worked closely with my fiance to design my engagement ring. They let him be involved in every step of the process and invited him to come in as many times as he wanted to pick just the right diamond, see the molds, look at the progress, etc. After we got engaged, he took me in to meet them and they were such a delight. The quality of their work is amazing. We will definitely be getting them to make my wedding band as well. Very pleased with their kindness and service.
My new husband and I could not be more thrilled with our rings and the service we got from Pat and Pam! Dan first went to Pat and Pam to get my engagement ring. It was everything I wanted and more! We came back to get our bands and the warmth and love they give is overwhelming! They really go above and beyond for their costumers. We are over the moon happy with our rings. I've had a few rings reset and couldn't have been happier! They were made exactly how I wanted and for a price I thought very reasonable. I was given a ring that I wasn't crazy about and Michael realized the reason I didn't like it was that it was set in yellow gold. He suggested having it platinum dipped and I absolutely love the ring now. I hadn't realized that was a very affordable option to make the ring something I could love.
