One of the best psychiatrists in the Bay Area! One caveat, he's a hard grader! Having said that, he really motivates you and he does extremely good follow up. His medicinal expertise is good. I recommend an SSRI such as Prozac to those who want one. For the antipsychotics I recommend Abilify at low doses and Zyprexa. The antipsychotics (neuroleptics) have side effects, especially the older ones like Haldol and Seroquel. God bless all of Holtzmann's patients and loved ones.
