With the unfortunate events of my wife getting stuck and two other trucks trying to pull us out after 7 hours at 12 am I finally made the call to holt the guy was there on time very professional and great at what he does couldn't ask for a better experience

I called Holts due to the fact that my wife's keys and cellphone inadvertently became locked in her car with our little one still inside. When Ryan answered he immediately dropped whatever he was doing and headed her direction. Within 10 minutes of receiving my call Ryan was inside the car and my wife was holding our little bit. I cannot thank Holt's and Ryan enough! Great company.
I have deleted my previous negative posts since i have further investigated the situation and have been made aware that if you ask that officers call for a wrecker then the wrecker service is regulated and must charge the base 150.00. I have done much business with Holt for 15-20 years and have always been very pleased with their rates, service and drivers. Moral of story always call wrecker yourself and don't ask officers to call even if you are requesting a specific company.
Holt provides outstanding service to the volunteer fire departments of Henderson County. We greatly appreciate the help and support.
