I’m traveling from Orlando and our Chevy Express 2500 duramax broke down. Nathan was SPECTACULAR! He was able to take my call, brainstorm solutions with me on 1. Getting a diagnosis, putting together a plan to get back home, and getting an appointment today… We only have three days to get back home. I couldn’t get the van to him, but he graciously sent me to his other location (closer to where I was stuck)! Customer service A++
