They miss picking up individual household garbage bags far too often. They do not answer their phones or call back after leaving them a message. Very unprofessional.
Very poorly run business. Was supposed to get a dumpster and they kept lying to me and pushing it back, charged our card even after we cancelled the dumpster(because we waited and were lied to for a week and a half) then promised us a refund check that we've not gotten and it's been over a month. They don't answer their phone or return calls. Very disappointed in their customer service, or lack thereof

Absolutely terrible service times when it comes to picking up garbage and removing it. It has been three weeks since they last picked up my garbage and they still haven't come out to pick it up. I have called four times now only to be redirected to their answering machine because they won't pick up. 0/10, will not be paying for the bill ever again.
Bad sanitation service that continually forgets to pick up garbage. It’s been two weeks since they last picked it up and they still haven’t come out yet. I will not be recommending their services to anyone else.
