Awesome peaceful place to work and with the most nicest group too.
I DO NOT appreciate this business sneaking themselves illegally into our building and soliciting to the tenants. His name is Chima Ogueri. He came in while we are working and busy to try to sell us your services. Very unprofessional. You need to have better tactics than that. After talking to security they assured me that they will stay more vigilant against solicitors. How would you like it if I sent vendors to 5950 Berkshire to solicit at your office? This is a SHADY business!
Extremely disappointed in their negotiation tactics. Started a lease renewal in November and they have strung it out to the point where we are having to scramble to find another space because they've been so unresponsive. Now the landlord comes back with a firm above market rate. It's clear this was their tactic to strong arm us however it is going to result in new occupancy for them to fill at a lower rate than our offer - good job.
Excellent place, I hear nothing but good things!
