The staff is personable and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. They are also very organized and respectful of your time. If there is any wait at all they keep you posted on progress and work on other things with you while you are waiting.
As always very nice, professional. And my Boys LOVE Dr. McGuire!!!!

Casey did a nice job of getting me into see Dr. Bender and was so cheerful upon my arrival which is always good when you are waiting for the unknown. Erica was great and she has the ability to keep a conversation going to help relax a patient while professionally doing her job. As usual, Dr Bender did a great job and explained what was going on and potential outcomes.
Listened to our concern, and provided sound advice. Felt that we had a few options that are flexible to our own timeline.
Excellent customer service and support. Great Communication, Professional and Friendly staff. Five Star facility.
