This is the worst nursing home in Tennessee. They do not care. Do not check on your loved ones. They charge you for everything separately, unlike other facilities. They will charge something to your room(depends, creams, ointments) yet, come in and take what they want because they are too lazy to go to supply room!! My Yokley is disconnected and doesn't care about this facility. I personally think he's just there for a paycheck!!!

Yes everything was neat and sterile Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? They were decent Did the staff at this senior care facility seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough

Fairly Current Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Did the staff at this senior care facility use excessive foul language? Somewhat. It was a little excessive
