My husband is a rock for our family. Not only does he provide for his own kids, but he also lends a hand with my four children. Rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. Made an appointment for a viewing. No one showed. I called the number that confirmed the appointment LESS THAN AN HOUR PRIOR. The person was out of office, had to call 3 other numbers provided, no one knows what’s going on. Dodged a bullet with this one, very unfortunate for tenants.

I lived in an apartment for 2 and a half years. Around the year-and-a-half mark, Holster Management took over the building. I resigned my lease with them and chose the month-to-month option. I gave a 2-and-a-half-week notice I was moving out. Once I had already moved out of the apartment for over a week, I was informed I needed to pay the following month’s rent because they did not yet have the apartment filled.
