I strongly advise AGAINST renting from Holster Management. My experience with them has been frustrating, unfair, and expensive. After moving out, they charged us our entire security deposit, a total of $1,500, with fees that feel completely unreasonable: $870 for breaking our lease early $615 for cleaning fees including $180 for removing items left in the garage (which were there when we moved in!!!) DO NOT RENT FROM HOLSTER!! I wish my wife and I would of gotten out the moment our original landlord sold our place and Holster took over. They jacked up our rent from $1500 to $1620 without even coming in and looking at the place! They charge you for every little thing and steal your security deposit. CONSIDER THIS YOUR WARNING NOW....GET OUT NOW IF THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER YOUR CURRENT APARTMENT!!!!
My husband is a rock for our family. Not only does he provide for his own kids, but he also lends a hand with my four children. Plus, he's always willing to help with household chores and repairs, saving me the hassle of finding outside help.
