I am one of the patients with a phobia! The Staff have been working with me for about two and a half years. Their compassion, patience, expertise has helped me go from a full sedation session to Nitrous Oxide and novacaine for today's visit. While that may not sound like much to some, I could not have made this progress without Dr. Higgins. Trust, it is about trust and she has mine. Shout out to Abby and Ashley, and the best Staff on the Eastern Shore! <3

Today was a challenge for me personally because I had 2 filling with a jaw that doesn’t like being opened very long. But Dr Higgins was able to get me through it very comfortably!! And so far no pain in jaw!!! And the staff is always so helpful and takes care of so you nicely!! Thanks to all!! Jeannette Miller

The place, the staff and Dr Higgins you all are so wonderful, never had such an awesome experience as this....and am so glad I have found you all....so patience, up to date, comfortable atmosphere and caring.....Thank you all so much !!!
The office staff was outstanding and professional with all of the changes related to preventing the virus. They were helpful and cheerful and made me feel comfortable. Abby was great and kept me informed on each part of the work she was doing. I highly recommend Smiles!!
