After searching for the vehicle in Southern CA, we located what we were looking for at Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln. Over the phone, we dealt with Scott Gault – general manager, who could not have been more helpful. Upon arrival at Tucson airport, we were picked up by Manuel Beltran, a sales consultant, who spent several hours familiarizing us with the vehicle, paying special attention to detail. Terry Parish - finance, drew up the paperwork and described every step leading to every signature. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Always fast and great service,no complain at all
The service dept can’t seem to answer a phone and when they you get put on hold, or transferred around until the call drops or you just give up!
I am very disappointed in the way the manager Scott treated the sales lady when I visited this dealer. It was such a "turn off" to hear a mean spirited, distasteful, unprofessional "joke" that she may loose her job for not selling eight cars. She was so kind and knowledgeable & as the only lady, that I could see, working he should be proud of her and encouraging her to be the awesome sales representative she is.
