If I could give zero stars I would. Dropped off my truck on Tuesday. Left messages all week. No update. Today is Friday. They were finally able to “plug it in and get a code”. But they als don’t know what the code means or what needs to be fixed until Monday. Real helpful. Still don’t know what’s wrong with it and now will be without my truck for a whole week. The worst customer service, especially Jim and Stephanie (Stephanie is next door at Ford, I believe). You can never get a call back, and the employees are super rude. They straight up don’t care if you’re a black label here, super frustrated and will go to Scottsdale in the future.
Chris is awesome! Helped me with everything and was super nice and professional.
I made an appointment and explained what issues I was experiencing with my truck. I made it to my appointment and I was told that I would have to reschedule and they never looked at it before before coming to this conclusion and I drove 4hrs to get here. Never again.
To look at our rearview camera we can bring it in and it will take 2-3 days to look at and if it needs a part it could be up to 7 days per Steve. Jim Click your service department has gone to crap! The man on the phone, Steve/Steven I believe was his name spoke like he had too much coffee and was the only person there we have spoken with that came off as just Rude.
