They NEVER return calls, half the people working here are very RUDE! Once I needed to bring my car there for repair and they just turned me away. But because of the rude incompetent people in important positions.. myself, my friends and family, will never do business with this dealership again. not even a oil change. Will try to make this short but probably cant. I dropped my car off at 7am. Received call at 1:08pm to tell me "looks like we didn't have very many technicians here in our main shop today." By luck (I guess) my car got assigned a technician and was done by 430pm. I paid my invoice and picked up car. Once I got home I could not find my multipoint inspection sheet to see how my car checked out. I inquired about getting a copy since maybe just maybe I didn't get the print out. Best Service Dealership Ever! Reception specialist Stephanie is a SAINT! Service Advisor Brian Rowe was able to bring down the cost of maintenance from $700 to $300 by able to check warranted parts, Service Advisor Jeff was able to get me in although I was a walk-in! Definitely come here for all your Ford needs!
This is the first and last time we will be bringing our car here. The "Service" department, or lack thereof, was extremely rude to my husband, and we finally got an update on our car after being barked at by the Service department members. We took our only car in on Wednesday morning for 2 front tires to be replaced and to get our audio checked. It's now Thursday night, and still no vehicle.
