I went here to get an estimate per my insurance company. The front desk team was not friendly at all, the guy who did our “quote” was very dismissive in helping and how to go about the process. He clearly didn’t want our business what so ever. We took our vehicle over to Caliber Collision and it’s a night and day difference, we are now doing business with them.
My brand-new Venue got rear-ended. They were very nice and professional, and were able to fix it like new in under a week. I highly recommend them.
I recently had my car repaired at this location after I was T-boned. I want to thank the staff who worked on my car in such a timely manner and had me back and running. Even though I experienced very peculiar customer service from each different employee, the staff that I dealt with either by phone or in person, overall satisfied my needs and were professional at all times. Beware!!! Stay Away!!! I took my Nissan Murano here after a collision. An employee by the name of Abe was in charge of the repairs. $9,139.01 of repairs were done on my vehicle. When it was time to pick up my vehicle I did a walk around. First of all there was a panel that was still damaged and 2nd the windshield wipers would not spray wiper fluid.
