Why are they allowed to continue operations? Bone fragments mean zero quality control. When was the last time USDA inspected this place? Let’s all write letters requesting a FOIA copy of the last three years inspection report! I purchased two packs of their ‘Holmes Smokehouse Andouille, Small Batch Sausage’ and it tasted like garbage. I threw it in the trash. Exactly what parts of the animal are they using to make this PASTE?

I recently tried the Garlic Pecan Smoked sausage. Virtually tasteless. Visual appeal was fine, texture was fine, it was just missing ANY kind of taste. Won't be buying this "premium" product again.
I purchased this bacon from Publix! This is the worst bacon I have every tried to cook in my life! I am 70 years old! I will never buy this brand of bacon again ever! Taste is terrible. Cooks down to nothing but fat! .
This sausage used to be good. Full of cheap fillers now. I will not purchase it again.
