Great people and great culture.
Terrible customer service. Refused to cancel insurance even after the termination paper was signed and stated that we shouldn’t have signed the contract if we didn’t want the insurance. Tried to change the termination date to a future date. Said it was “earned premium” for their commission. Continued to hang up or leave you on hold for over 30 minutes. Terribly unprofessional.
