Approachable new manager, is doing a great job. New maintenance guy, can really fix things and get things done.. Appreciate their work!
Holmes Greenway has a great team. Joseph the maintenance guy is so awesome, he does a great job for both buildings. Tyrek and Calvin has done a tremendous turnaround of both properties. The environment is so friendly and inviting. Tyrek and Calvin works closely with Tiarra and a group of PCA’s on event planning for the property. Tyrek provides his famous cornbread for every event, he will not share the recipe. Thank you Holmes Greenway Tyrek and Calvin for making work exciting. Patricia Powell

Awesome place to live in. Management is always looking forward to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible
Lots of improvements going on I've noticed a lot of the residents are able to talk to the staff to get what they need. Management is trying to make adjustments to things for the residents. The staff is working as a team.
