Holmen Locker began in the 1940's as a meat processing plant for local farmers. In 1996 Holmen Locker was purchased by the current owners, Scott and Lauri Stettler. Holmen Locker and Meat Market has two distinct areas. On one side is the processing and smokehouse area. The other side houses the retail market area, which was completed in 2004. Inside the market you'll find a wide variety of fresh meats and cheeses, microbrew beers, wines, specialty foods, gift baskets and house wares.

Spicey beef jerky mmmmm so good!!! :-)
My first review of this place was 9 months ago when my friend made their bacon-wrapped chicken breasts with cheese inside.. (SOOOO GOOD!!!), but today I wish I could review it again! I finally went into the store for the first time and there was SO much to look at and choose from. The 2 guys working were very friendly and helpful when I wasn't sure what to get. I will definitely go there again! (and yes, I bought some more of the bacon wrapped chicken breasts)!!!
