We made an appointment for my wife and I for pedicures. We specifically said we wanted one tech that specialized in acrylic for a partial toe nail. Winnie was the tech on my wife. She only spoke in her native tongue and did not attempt to work on her toe and acrylic. It is horribly uneven and after my wife asked her to fix it, she only flied the ends of it and never used a dremel or built the rest of her toenail.
