STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! I was referred to this business by a friend and found Mr Holman to be the worst contratractor I have ever had. Not only was the system not installed correctly, they cut my cable lines due to an initial utility line survey not being completed. Mr Holman subcontracted the backyard system out without my knowledge then did not come to repair the system that was incorrectly installed by this subcontractor. Prompt/Professional Service Called Mr. Holman for a BFV test, and he was out that same day. He went further to assist me with some irrigation problems, and was able to give sound advice, and offered a solution for a very reasonable price. This is the best service I encountered in Killeen. If you encountered problems with Mr. Holman in the past, look in the mirror for the real problem.

Retired Found them to be very professional and responsive. Installed new irrigation system and new grass this past November;best looking lawn on the street now.

New Killeen Resident They are very unprofessional, only answering phone calls if you are a new customer. If you are a current customer, does not return calls and ignores their warranty. STAY AWAY!! Will be contacting BBB on them!

Bad customer service Referred to this business by a friend and found them to be very unprofessional. Left many messages for service and they never called me back.
