As a former funeral director.....that has come to terms with morality and jurisprudence.....I'd probably say to stay clear from long standing establishments. Your concern (I'm assuming) is that your person is well cared for without your oversight. And its waaaaaay expensive. Why is that? Probably you're paying for an old building's maintenance.
