Our AC was broken in our room and it got to be 80 degrees in there. Finally around 130am we couldn’t handle it any longer and called to the front desk. After sending someone up to confirm it was broken, they made us pack up all of our luggage at 145am so we could move rooms. We asked if we could just leave our stuff in that room until morning, but nope. The next morning I realized I forgot my toothbrush in the old room. Highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless with the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years! The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect for walks by the river or in town.I've stayed in several hotels in Salem and this is my favorite by a mile.

Arrived in the late evening, so I did not experience anything bad with valet. Bryce & Devin in the front desk were extremely helpful & wonderful throughout our stay. The Valet team has been getting a lot of shit but I didn’t have an issue. It was less than 5mins to go into my car or to have it parked valet which is $32. Cleaning staff making sure the rooms are extremely clean with the amenities fully stocked minus toothpaste & hand soap. Overall the evening staff when I checked in were on top of there game. Fantastic hotel. We had a room on the 7th floor with a large roof terrace. Great view on the city and the park. As it’s in the middle of the city center, everything (shops, restaurants, etc.) is at walking distance. Room was very clean and of great quality.
