My stay here was in early October 2025. I booked a room with a kitchenette. I was in Room# 605. Overall, my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The walls were well insulated, keeping all outside noise out, which I greatly appreciated, being a light sleeper. These were the issues I encountered during my stay: 1. Nice staff and rooms but the beds shake significantly and will wake you up at 9am and the hotel staff claims the whole hotel shakes drain the laundry units. And the alternative is to be facing noisy streets. So would not recommend this hotel if sleeping in it’s important to you.

Our AC was broken in our room and it got to be 80 degrees in there. Finally around 130am we couldn’t handle it any longer and called to the front desk. After sending someone up to confirm it was broken, they made us pack up all of our luggage at 145am so we could move rooms. We asked if we could just leave our stuff in that room until morning, but nope. The next morning I realized I forgot my toothbrush in the old room. Highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless with the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years! The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect for walks by the river or in town.I've stayed in several hotels in Salem and this is my favorite by a mile.
