Excellent experience !! From beginning to end including all the staff. Liam was our amazing sales representative. He made it a very pleasant experience ! He was friendly , patient and knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. No pressure at all. We left with a beautiful 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership when it was operating as Holman Ford Lincoln of Maple Shade. Since then, the dealership has separated into Ford of Maple Shade and Lincoln of Maple Shade. My vehicle has unfortunately had repeated problems, and has been into service numerous times now. While the staff were professional during the sales process, my overall experience has been very stressful due to the ongoing issues with the car. I’m sharing this so others know about my experience before deciding where to buy.
Excellent experience. Service was completed in timely fashion. Staff was friendly and efficient. Waiting facility are comfortable and well stocked with coffees, water, juices and snacks. Great experience.
