Enjoy the service provided by Ryan the service advisor and his professionalism and concerns for my welfare and comfortability as a first time visitor to the service department. He took the time out to give a tour of the Lounge and what was offered in the way of snacks, coffee, etc. Was extremely satisfied with the service, video provided by Pete, service technician of the service/findings on my 2019 Lincoln Continental.I was highly pleased with everything.
