Let me tell you a story . . . I go to my usual Ford dealership today, whom I love dearly and have always had great service, however, we’re all human and we all make mistakes. Roll with the punches. The effort and professionalism of you staff including Alex Lacovara was exceptional. I came in with a oil leak problem and they were able to figure out what it was and took care of in a very expedient time frame so that my trip was not ruined.
The entry was great, Alex was polite and treated the customers with respect. Took down all information on the vehicle, did a great service and information about the vehicles upcoming repairs that were needed
