Old man at the parts counter gave me attitude for no reason. Not sure what he was going through but he took that out on me. Very unprofessional. Fire him immediately. You just lost me as a customer. I will now be going to Miller Ford where they talk to you with some respect.
Holman ford maple shade is an excellent dealership. Bought my 2024 xlt crew cab here. Greg was my salesman. Excellent at what he does. Goes up and beyond his salesman duties. Wish I could give more stars. Helped me install my bedliner for my truck. Thanks again.
This dealership seems very unorganized. I had an appointment to see a vehicle when I went to the appointment. The vehicle was in the body shop then I was told I’d be given a call back about the vehicle timeframe of being in the body shop, but that also took a few days Got emails from the manager there and someone in business sales when I wrote back to those emails I got no response very very strange .
