I came in to get my glasses fixed and the lady who owns the shop was beyond sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back to her for any of my optometry needs.. Highly recommend :)
Dr. Goldstone and staff were incredibly kind and patient with my daugther who had to be fitted for lenses. Highly recommend.
This place sucks. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go literally anywhere else.
Had an amazing experience today with Total Vision WeHo! Besides the quick and painless appointment, the staff was wonderful. I was helped by Mitra and seen by Dr Goldstone, but it was then two and the rest of the staff that all were nice and welcoming and I couldn’t be happier with my time there!
Five stars for the amazing staff! They are so professional yet warm and welcoming. I had an urgent request and they handled it with so much grace and kindness. It’s rare to find a place that feels this trustworthy and genuinely cares about their patients' needs. Thank you for being so helpful!
