Left message 12 times to STOP calling. They ignore all of them. Don't know who they are trying to get.
I went here for 2 years and I guess they closed and nobody bothered to tell me until 6 pm the night before my appointment and then the person left for the night so I couldn’t talk to anyone until the morning of. Despite having my appointment in place for weeks. So yeah this place doesn’t exist and Total Vision should take down their google listing and website and ability to make appointments. The place they want to send me to is way further out.
SCAM SCAM SCAM! STAY clear of this place if you don’t want to be billed for lens 2 years later. Went here and picked out the cutest frames. Thought I settled the bill when leaving in 12/22 but received a bill 1/24 that I owe upwards of $200 for high index lens, and other add one I never asked for. Very disorganized and frankly scammers please don’t waste your time here

We had an appointment and showed up to find the building closed/locked. We have tried to contact to reschedule or make an appointment with no response. This is not our first poor experience with this business— we encountered significant difficulty (serious delay) in picking up eyeglasses last year due to lack of transparent communication.
