I decided to try Total Vision in West Hollywood to support a more local business. Overall, there were some positive aspects of the experience. The front desk staff were excellent—very friendly, welcoming, and engaging throughout the visit. The equipment used during the exam was also impressive, particularly some of the newer testing technology. I strongly advise against choosing this optometry and optical office. My experience was disappointing from start to finish, marked by repeated mistakes and a worrying lack of professionalism. Right from the reception, the two older front‑desk assistants made several serious errors: One of them forgot to send me for the eye scan before my appointment, which the doctor only realized in the middle of the exam. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mitra, the optometrist, at Total Vision West Hollywood.
