Dropped in here for a class while visiting a friend (CrossFit is how we bond so I had to check out his new spot). Immediately upon my arrival the coach came and introduced himself before we began, that’s always a plus. New gyms can be intimidating and those friendly introductions can really break the ice, so thank you! I dropped in whilst visiting LA and it was such a welcoming environment! Involving thorough warm up and stretches and made sure you felt comfortable no matter your skill level throughout. Keith was able to give me alternative movements to account for an injury I had so I could still have a workout and was very supportive. Thank you!

Love this gym! The coaches are wonderful and really care about what they do. I’ve learned so much on form and technique. Crossfit changed my life! It’s so much fun! Everyone is very nice. Highly recommend!
