Reschedule if there is no receptionist! I think I would've had better service had my masseuse not had to work as the receptionist/host as well. It was the most unrelaxing experience ever, honestly. 10/10 experience! We experienced the body waxing, men’s facial & hydrafacial. The front desk gentleman was kind and professional. Jessie was great! She was prompt, professional & friendly! The facials were great & the waxing was through. I will be back!
Today I received the acne cleansing facial from Irene & she did an amazing job! She was very informative about what my skin needs. It was such a relaxing atmosphere and I will definitely be returning.
Probably not coming back. I’ve been here before and it was such a relaxing experience so I came back for my birthday (an hour drive too). I scheduled an appointment through their website and was supposed to get a package for a mental relaxation facial and a massage. I came here to spend my birthday I was very pleased with my experience! I received great advice while getting my facial the best part was being able to relax in the lounge after with no rush to leave! I definitely will be returning for my follow up facial!
