I had a surgery on 6/4/25. I was very nervous about it. The entire staff was amazing, very courteous, kind and very patient with me. The nurses went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I had surgery here on January 28, 2025 and I really wish I hadn’t. 10 out of 10 would not recommend anyone doing any procedure in this facility. I’ll begin with the positive. The intake nurse Jennifer was nice. She calmed my nerves down a bit. Everything seemed normal. This center was special, from the front desk staff to the pain nurses and the anesthesia staff, all super friendly. Dr. Grau was not to mention professional. He was sincere, gave clear explanations, Tim was nice and special, thank you for the surgery. It was a total knee replacement, knee joint revision/replacement, knee repair, revision and/or reconstruction, elbow injection, PRP injection in the elbow, but so far everything is fine, and I have had constant calls from Dr. Maria Salado, very professional and attentive. I had my sleeve here 09/25. and the staff was amazing. I was so anxious and scared of having surgery but everyone was so nice and welcoming all the fear went away. I felt at home. my nurse who take care of me after surgery was amazing, the people who put in my iv were amazing. I can honestly say in todays climate being African American I didn't feel like I was being tolerated like previous experiences. I would definitely recommend this place for any outpatient surgery.
This was my first surgery ever and it was an AMAZING experience. The actual surgery facility was very clean, very attentive to all the protocol around the COVID 19 ensuring that we were all safe. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse, Alec was the BEST. He always made sure that I was comfortable, he treated me like I was a sister. He made this nerve racking experience so easy.
