I have medicaid and have been on medicaid since my daughter was born 9 yrs ago......For the first time ever in my history with doctors office, have i ever been asked to pay for The Blue and Yellow form needed for school they charge 10 dollars even if u have medicaid....not to mention if u need to cancel b/c of emergency they charge you for missing ur appointment......I am a certified nurses assistant and soon i will be graduating nursing school one thing they taught me was dignity and empathy the girl that works at the front... read more
