When I showed up for my scheduled appointment at 10:30 they had me wait an extra 30 minutes when I explain my frustration they were very unprofessional and I had to cancel my appointment. Not sure if it was just a super busy day, but I was not informed of anything.
Came here with my cousin in the morning for a little pedicure date and honestly did not disappoint. There was a little miscommunication with the gel and regular polish for our toes but genuinely me and my cousin are not picky. Thu was my pedicure gal and she did amazing! Gentle and thoughtful. Went in today to get my acrylics/tips removed then get builder gel on my natural nails. I booked online for an acrylic removal and builder gel to ensure there was enough time for both services. The girl who did my service was nice, but when removing my acrylic kept buffing and buffing, then taking the nail file and tool to scrape off everything where it was uncomfortable on my nail beds. She did soak in acetone but the continuing scraping was uncomfortable since the acetone wasnt left on for enough time, only about five mins... read more
