Call for appt people - don't just walk in and get mad when you can't be done immediately!

Be sure to set an appointment or go when you have PLENTY of spare time, because you will wait forever.
Never get Tammy. Slow and doesn't know what the hell she's doing. My nails look like crap and of course there's no conflict resolution...maybe I just had a bad experience. I will never be back.
