Asked how long 2 of us would have to wait and they said they could take us right now for manicures. We were here for a total of 2 hours because they weren’t ready. The owner was accommodating but the other worker that worked on my sisters nails was very rude and off putting. We were just in town visiting family and will try a different place next time.
I would leave zero stars if I could. This place has disappointed me too many times, but this last time is the last straw. A pedicure cost too much, to wait an hours for an appointment I scheduled a week ago, then have the lady be rude to me and rush my pedicure. I wish I wouldn't have left a tip. Because if all this isn't bad enough, I didn't realize how bad my pedicure looked until I got home. Toe nails weren't filed, heels and sides of my feet rough, not smooth. Polish smudged. The older man that works there cut me with a nail buffer and proceeded to put NAIL GLUE in my cut without asking me first.
