I just wanna say I have always went here to get my nails or a pedicure done with that being said I went last Friday the 24th and got both I was very specific with what I wanted and I was told it would be 73 dollars but, then I was told the way I wanted my nails done which was very simple orange nails with black tips they couldn't do then it was we can but, it'll be an extra chargeso I got upset and walked away then not even 2 days & 1 nail broke while putting quarters in washing machine & also to looking at my heels it looks... read more

First of all we do apologized. Here at Hollywood Nails we truly value all of our customers. Yes I do remember the situation exactly that day. While you were checking out, you were complaining to our receptionist that you are not happy about your nails. So I quickly came over and apologized to you and ask you what happen? You then replied, “He (the technician) didn’t want to do what I had ask for”. You told me that you wanted to paint all your nails orange but also paint on the black at the tips (“black French”). I paid $80 for the WORST PEDICURE. First off my pants that I wore that day are ruined . The lady was so sloppy and fast she got oil all over my clothes and it won’t come out . The massage hurt . Oh and my gel polish is peeling off . I called and they told me I could get a refund and I drove 45 min there and he said he could give me a gift card . Lol no . My experience was so bad I don’t want to get anything done here .
While I love coming here because they do a wonderful job and my nails always look great :) I think they need to ask whether or not you want a manicure instead of just doing it and then charging for it!
