We came into town for a wedding and made appointments for 2 manicures. Waited 20 minutes and all nail techs had yet to put polish on their client's nails. Highly disappointing.
Nail tech was nice. However, the outcome of my pedicure was terrible. It was supposed to be French tips but the tips are literally chipping off on 9/22/26 and I got them done on 9/17/26, that should NOT be happening. On top of that, I got gel polish!!! I paid $72 for lumpy polish on my toes, tips that are chipping away and just looks terrible. Granted, I did come at the last hour.
