Finally found a really PRO nail technician. She really cares about the customer service. Remembers all her customer requests, she makes sure you leave her salon happy. Tried all the nail salons around Gaithersburg but I am staying with her because she knows how to make happy picky clients like me.
I absolutely adore this place! I’ve been coming here for over a decade and the staff is always kind ands accommodating even if you don’t have an appointment. The shop is sort of hidden away which is the best part Christie is my favorite so make sure to request her if you can.
I like Kristy’s work a lot. She is very professional and patient. I recommend here.

I’m a long time patron of Hollywood Nail Spa. I’ve been coming here for the past 2 almost 3 years and overall, it has been a net positive. When I would explain what I wanted regarding shape or design, I would get a nod or sometimes a quick glance at my phone.
