After gel nails were done, the owner told me it would last much longer than 2 weeks. Lasted only 5 days. Returned to have her fix, was told it was my nails fault-- she said they were weak & torn, yet not a word of this during the original. She fixed 2 nails, got up, said nothing, left to the back- did not return. Sigh

Went to get my nails done for New Year’s. The owner was incredibly nice, however my nails are horrendous. I got almond acrylics, they are lopsided and vary in sizes. She also drilled my natural nails very low it was painful. She also drilled over my cuticles which made them break open and bleed. After drilling my cuticles she covered them in acetone which was also incredibly painful. Everything seemed extremely unsanitary and unprofessional in presentation. The staff are friendly. The service was okay. The space needs updating in terms of decor and lighting. They were attentive and polite.
