my bestfriend and i where regular customers tell yesterday. when we first got there the lady helping us was very rude talking to us. then she split us apart which i don’t understand because it wasnt busy at all. the lady doing my nails made me bleed multiple times and continued to file where i was bleeding at. i paid 50 dollars for a full set which i don’t understand because i only got shellac and coffin shape and my nails are not long at all. i wanted my nails medium length and i got them very short. some of my nails are cr... read more

I was very disappointed in how my reservation for 7 was handled. We made appointments and were told they had staff for all of us, yet I waited with my hands in acetone for over an hour .. over an hour! I’m sure that’s not healthy or safe. Then I saw walk-ins get started before I did—and I made reservations! Not one person, but THREE!! To top it off, my nails has to be redone. They looked horrible and when I questioned it, I was told they look ok. When your manicurist finally looked she started to immediately file my nails... read more
