I've been going to Hollywood Motors for about 5 years now and I've had nothing but good experiences. I've always been very skeptical about mechanics in the past but these guys make you feel like you're in their family and your car is one of theirs. The most unprofessional business I ever been to, 2 months ago I wanted to get a flowmaster exhaust done I told the guy exactly what I wanted he said I'll have to order it I said ok. A week and a half goes by I stop by the shop this guy hasn't ordered anything hasn't called me and said he still looking for the muffler tips!! At this point in mad as hell.
