The manager at Hollywood Motor Company was one of the rudest, most condescending guy I have ever had a interaction with. Long story short: Check the vehicle you are interested in VERY thoroughly before making any deals, and make sure you get your drivers' license before they send you on a test drive, or else they will hold it hostage. I was interested in a Toyota on the lot that looked okay--decent shape, though it hadn't been detailed after sitting on their lot for 4 weeks. Never worked with a dealer before that was so secretive about prices, from value of my trade in to list value of car desired and of course monthly financed payment! Impossible to find anything out til signing papers! I suppose 30 day warranty is good, but haven't had to deal with that yet.. I have given this rating because my needs were taken into consideration from the moment I stepped onto the lot, during the sale and after the contract was signed. I was given courteous and knowledgeable service. I have recommended this dealership and will continue to do so in the future.
Crystal helped me get into the vehicle I wanted. I felt like everyone at Hollywood Motor Company respected me and treated me like a star. I would not ever think of going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.
