Excellent customer service Tom in service always gets me in immediately. Drew in finance works so see a to find a solution that works for us. Maintenance We called Tom and scheduled a visit for our Mercedes. He set up a loaner car for the day and called us as we were shopping. Tom noticed the rear brakes were needing replaced. He quoted us a price (that was very reasonable) and said he could have it done within a couple of hours. As promised, he called us back with new rear brakes that function flawlessly. Always wanting to make a deal After days of dealing with other dealers, Hollywood has the most friendly and accommodating staff by far. Every vehicle on their lot comes with a 30 day warranty which is something you will not find at most other places. I bought my car three days ago and am still extremely pleased with the deal I got. They were able to beat the price of the same car that I had seen at 5 other dealers. Highly recommend.
